This isn’t a spa night or a temporary feel-good workshop.This is deep, practical, emotional work inside a small, loving group, a space where you’ll finally learn how to understand, support, and shift what’s happening inside you.


What the Retreat Is Really About

Healing Within is for sensitive, big-hearted humans who are tired of carrying anxiety or emotional heaviness alone. People who feel stuck in the same patterns, who have tried coping tools or journaling or positive thinking, but nothing seems to create lasting change.


This retreat is built to help you feel safer and steadier in your own body, reconnect with your inner ground, understand why your emotions react the way they do, and build the emotional skills you’ll use for the rest of your life.It’s not about perfection. It’s about becoming emotionally equipped.


What You’ll Learn

Over four evenings, you’ll be guided step by step through the foundations of emotional mastery:

• how to interrupt anxious spirals in real time

• how to gently support yourself out of depressive shutdown

• how to regulate your nervous system in minutes

• how to use the “drill-down” process to find the real root of emotional triggers

• how emotions live in your body and how to release that pressure

• how to stop absorbing other people’s emotions

• how to build gentle, realistic emotional habits that create stability over time

This is identity-level work not just tools, but a new relationship with yourself.


How the Retreat Flows

We meet across 4 evenings over the month, one session every week, from 6:00–9:00 PM. Only 8 participants are accepted so that the space feels safe, supportive, and intimate.

The exact dates will be chosen based on the availability you share in the registration form ensuring the full group can attend every session.

You will receive guidance, in-session practice, homework, integration, and gentle accountability. The intention is not for you to feel peaceful for one evening but for your everyday life to begin feeling more manageable, steady, and grounded.

Once I see where interest gathers, I’ll choose the primary location and if needed I can offer more than one group (such as one online and one in-person). My intention is to accommodate the demand as best as I can so everyone who needs this has access.
