The power of breathwork can create massive shifts and unlock the most powerful healing potential.


Breathwork is an active meditation that allows your body to deeply relax and quiet your mind, offering a range of emotional, mental, and physical benefits.


Through breathwork, we can navigate through feelings of fear, guilt, anger, sadness, and grief, as well as through self-doubt, resistance, and old destructive ways of thinking and being. It provides a pathway to access the subconscious mind, allowing for the release of limiting beliefs, repressed emotions and energetic blockages.


How It Works

The increase of oxygen alkalizes the body by reducing the acidity in the blood. As the oxygen reaches the brain, it stimulates the hypothalamus gland, causing it to release endorphins, which in turn activate the other ductless glands in the body. The brain then relaxes, and emotions open and move more freely when endorphins are flowing. In this altered state, we can access our subconscious true feelings, and once this happens, solutions simply appear.
